We hope our customers to be fully satisfield with the purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your expectations you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days after receiveing the package without giving reason.
Requirements are as followed:
1. All the product must be in the new condition with all labels and tags still intact and inside in the original packaging.
2. Please try the bottoms on over your own lingerie.
3. Fill the request form below and send back the product within 14 days after receiving the order.
Z Lingerie will refund within 7 working days after the products are received by us. Original shipping fee will be deducted from refund items if the order value is below €80/€400 after refund process. Check shipping fee at Delivery.
Z Lingerie will handle the exchanges within 3 working days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Z Lingerie do not hold responsibility for the lost of orders in transit. We recommend our customers to send the products through a traceable/insured service.
Sale items are included in return policy.
